RATES are in US dollars:
A 1-week minimum stay for rooms – a package of 7 nights.
Long-terms stay or monthly rentals possible.

PAYMENT RULES and RATES:

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • For one EXTRA person add $10 US
  • Two children under 10 years of age are free of charge or one child under 12.
  • 14% taxes are not included. Gratuity also not included.
  • Credit card payment is NOT available.
  • PayPal payments available, PayPal fee is +4.5%.

RESERVATIONS: The first 1-week package has to be paid in advance within 7 days of your definite booking. A partial-payment cannot be refunded if your stay is less than 7 nights.

CANCELATIONS: 90% of your payment is refundable if you cancel within 4 days of the date of your scheduled arrival. Within 3 days of arrival or in the case of a “no-show” your payment is NOT refunded.
